Strategy
First Year Intern
As a first year intern, you will learn about and experience some crucial foundations laid out for us in the Word of God. In the morning class times, you will be taught about servanthood, giving, relationships, spiritual gifts, submission to authority, sacrifice, and the impact of prayer, because we believe these are things necessary to ensure that you can live the rest of your life in freedom, honoring the Lord.
Second Year Intern
After you have completed your first year as an intern, you have the option of staying for another year. In this season of your life, you will be expected to take more initiative, stretching your leadership abilities. You will continue to learn to balance your life of a humble and servant and a bold leader. This is a great chance to pour into the lives of those around you and learn more about God in additional studies.
